Are you a Star Wars fan?

If you, or anyone in your travel party is a Star Wars fan then you must head over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and experience the Star Wars experience!

On our last trip to Disney my son AJ who was 6 wanted to sign up for Jedi training. It was an experience I knew he would enjoy, and I was so excited for him.
The key is to make sure you are at Hollywood studios as soon as they open. We got there about 25 minutes prior to park opening. As soon as we scanned our magic bands, we rushed over to the sign up area which is right by the Indiana Jones ride. If you are not familiar with the park pull up your my disney experience app, and find it on the map. Once you get on line, it moves pretty quickly, just make sure your child  is with you, they won’t sign you up if he/she isn’t present. We got an 11:30 show which worked out with our fast passes for the day.  When it came time for the show we returned to the same area. The children were separated into 2 groups. Parents were given instructions where to stand, and how to receive all your photos from the show. We purchased memory maker, and ended up with 50 pictures just from Jedi training!!

The fun sure doesn’t stop there with all that Holly wood has to offer.  Hollywood Studios has a star tours ride located right next to where Jedi training is. This is a stimulated ride through the galaxy that can’t be missed! The gift shop after the ride is also one of our favorites. We build our own light sabers and droids for souvenirs.
Here’s some other things you can experience:

*Meeting,  Chewbacca, BB8, and Kylo REN. Chewbacca is a family favorite!

 
*The March of the first order is another experience for any Star Wars fan. Show run about every 45 minutes.
*Nighttime firework show, that projects scenes from the movies onto the Chinese theater. We really enjoy fireworks, and this show is fantastic!
