DCL changed policy on bringing alcohol onboard

Disney Cruise Line changes the policy for bringing alcohol onboard!

Effecting all Disney cruises embarking on or after September 30, 2015, Disney Cruise Line Guests 21 years and older may bring a maximum of 2 bottles of unopened wine or champagne no larger than 750 ml or 6 beers each no larger than 12 ounces on board at the beginning of the voyage and at each port-of-call.

Cove
Guests wishing to consume wine or champagne that they have brought on board in one of the dining rooms will be charged a corking fee of $25.00 per bottle.

Important Information:
The beverages must not be packed in checked luggage or bags and must be carried on, Alcohol brought on board may not be consumed in any lounge or public area.  Any beverages that are not allowed (liquors and spirits including powdered alcohol) to be  brought on will be stored until the end of the cruise.  You will need to retrieve any stored alcohol at the end of the cruise, if items are not retrieved they will be destroyed, and no compensation will be offered.  Any Alcohol brought on board may not be consumed in any lounge or public area and only in your stateroom.  As always Disney Cruise Line alcohol policy is subject to change without notice and 101 Dream Vacations will update any more information we learn of.
